What will I receive?
Your chosen artwork and size, in one of two finishes: an unframed matte Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper print, or a photographic print behind glossy 4 mm acrylic glass with a 3 mm aluminium Dibond backing and aluminium hanging rails. Acrylic prints are ready to hang. Decorative frames and room styling shown in interior images are not included.
How is my print produced?
Each print is made to order from the original artwork file. Magnificent Matter is your point of contact for your order; WhiteWall produces and ships the print.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in Germany and Cyprus.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged per order to one address. The same flat rate applies to all three sizes and to one or several prints of the same finish.

Paper and acrylic prints are shipped separately. If you order both finishes, their shipping charges are added as shown above. Shipping is additional to the print price and shown before you place your order.
When will my print arrive?
Allow approximately 7–10 business days for Germany or 10–13 business days for Cyprus after payment confirmation, including order processing, production and standard delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. We do not offer express delivery. For full details, see our shipping policy. Contact us before ordering if you need a print for a particular date.
What if I have an order problem?
Contact hey@magnificentmatter.com with your order number. Photographs of any damage to the print or packaging can help us resolve the issue; your statutory rights are unaffected.
Can you help me choose?
Yes. Tell us which image you are considering and the space it is for. Our print & size guide is a good place to start.
Can I withdraw or return a print?
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our returns and withdrawal policy for the period, refund details, return postage and model form. You can submit your withdrawal online, or email hey@magnificentmatter.com.
